Refund/Cancellation Policy
1. Client will receive a full refund if cancelation has been submitted 24 hours prior to appointment. Refund request must be emailed to Contact@NextStepsSerivecs.net.
2. If the client has not submitted a refund request 24 hours prior to the appointment, a full refund will not be granted.
3. Refunds are paid by check only. It takes 4 to 6 weeks for a refund check to be issued.
4. Client shall be responsible for the full extent of the program investment and payments.
5. Clients will not receive any refunds for services fully rendered by a Next Steps Services staff.
6. If a client forfeits sessions by not showing up or by not being fully committed to doing the work, Next Steps Services, Inc. is not obligated to honor any refund requests.
7. If a client misses an appointment, client is able to reschedule his/her appointment up to two times for the first initial service appointment. After missing 2 rescheduled appointments, the client will not receive a refund and will have to make a new appointment paying the service fee for that new appointment.
